Oknha Noun Rithy, a prominent Cambodian entrepreneur, has established himself as a leading figure in the Kingdom’s real estate and business sectors. Born on 5 March 1983 in Tuol Svay Prey, Chamkar Mon district, Phnom Penh, he has spent more than two decades building a reputation as a dynamic businessman with a strong vision for growth and innovation.

His educational journey began in 1989 at primary school, followed by Toul Svay Prey Secondary School in 1995. He successfully completed his high school studies in 2001, laying the foundation for a career that would later see him become one of the country’s most recognised business leaders.

In 2015, Oknha Noun Rithy founded KFA Company, starting with just three employees. Under his leadership, the company rapidly expanded, growing to over 50 staff and transforming into one of Cambodia’s top five real estate firms. His determination and foresight enabled KFA to rise from a small enterprise to a trusted name in property development and appraisal.

By 2024–2025, Oknha Noun Rithy had embarked on an ambitious new chapter with the construction of the KFA Tower, located in Prek Ta Sek, Chroy Changvar district, Phnom Penh. This landmark development symbolises not only his company’s success but also his long-term commitment to Cambodia’s real estate sector.

Beyond real estate, he has diversified into multiple ventures. He is currently overseeing the Kien Svay Park project, consisting of 168 flats in Kien Svay district, Kandal province, as well as the KFA Land Kong Noy project in Phnom Penh, covering four hectares with 188 lots. His business interests also extend to the medical field through KFA-Medical Supply, as well as investments in several gasoline stations across Phnom Penh and provincial areas.

Oknha Noun Rithy’s group of companies, operating under KFA Group, spans a wide range of sectors, including Khmer Foundation Appraisal Co., Ltd., KFA Property (Borey Kien Svay Park), KFA Construction, KFA Land Kong Noy Project, KFA Mineral and Energy, KFA Business Partner, and KFA Medical Supply. Through these enterprises, he has not only created employment opportunities but also contributed to the broader development of Cambodia’s private sector.
